With access to over 75 classes per week from the serenity of Yoga to the burn of Insanity, we regularly review and update our programme to meet your fitness needs.

Group Fitness

Our Fitness Studios provide the perfect environment for you to keep fit with our wide range of group exercise. Our classes cater for any ability, from beginners to advanced.

The programme is reviewed regularly to ensure that we are offering the right classes at the right times and introducing new classes to members and casual users.

Strength

Pump fx

Function and intensity collide in a total-body blitz like no other. T3 pump turns tried and tested resistance-based exercises into the ultimate physical challenge in the studio.

Kettlercise

A choreographed all over body program. All moves performed with a Kettle bell. This class is specifically tailored to burn fat. Up the intensity by increasing the weight of the Kettle bell. Not to be done if pregnant or if suffering from back problems.

Shape & Tone

Body Toning

Top to toe body conditioning using small hand held weights. Designed to improve body tone and overall fitness.

Stretch & Flex

A flexibility and strength class that boost energy levels and improve mobility. This class introduces a series of stretches, positions and routines for over well being.

Bender Ball

The Bender Ball allows you to work your core in ways you can’t do with standard crunches or large exercise balls. This unique workout incorporates Lesslee Bender’s Selective Stabilization method to bring you the best possible results. So you can sculpt beautiful abs fast!

Flex & Tone

A short warm up is followed by toning exercises with a light resistance; the main part of the class is pure stretching with relaxing music. This class is great to work on your flexibility. 

GROUP CYCLE

Our exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. A fantastic calorie burner for 45 minutes, a fun, fantastic and fast session on indoor bikes, which will push you to your limits.

High Intensity Training

Body Blitz

A high energy exercise class, consisting of aerobic and weight exercises to tone the body and improve physical fitness targeting all areas of fitness.

90-60-30

90 seconds of vigorous exercise, a small period of rest, 60 seconds of vigorous exercise, a small period of rest, 30 seconds of vigorous exercise, a small period of rest. It's as simple as that !! Designed to burn body fat and stress the aerobic systems.

HIIT

This class is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and fat burning.

Martial Arts

Fight FX

Martial arts-inspired fight sequences and conditioning drills devised to strip fat and amplify power, co-ordination and confidence in the studio.

Basic Step

A step aerobics class full of fun and basic moves with music to motivate.

Aquacise

A fun low impact cardio class which uses water as resistance to work that bit harder You can work at your own pace to achieve your own goals. Minimum age for participation is 14 years old.

ZUMBA

Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why these classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Mind & Body

Fitness Pilates

A mat based class, focusing on core strength, flexibility, toning, balance and coordination.  A slower more relaxing workout. Not for any diagnosed back conditions or pregnant ladies.

Yoga

A class designed to relax mind and body as well as improving muscular tone and joint flexibility.

Chair Yoga

A gentle form of yoga that is practised sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. This is suitable for people who are unable to participate in yoga due to the effects of ageing or disabilities.

Deep Water Aquacise

A non-impact class in deep water with floatation belts. This class is aimed at improving core strength and muscle conditioning using water as a resistance. Water confidence is necessary. Minimum age for participation is 14 years old.
